FEI Consulting has undertaken reviews for Barnsley Civic Theatre, Royal Lyceum Theatre, Edinburgh, The Venue, Stocksbridge and Stoke Newington Town Hall. We produced a Commercial and Operational Plan for The Mitchell Memorial Youth Arts Centre in Stoke on Trent and assisted St Edmundsbury Council to recruit a General Manager for the Apex in Bury St Edmunds. The Brewery Arts Centre, Kendall has engaged FEI Consulting to write a Business Case for a new capital project and the Nuffield Theatre Southampton has asked FEI to review its long term development.
