James was Associate Festival Director of the Edinburgh International Festival from 1992 to 2006 where he worked with Sir Brian McMaster to devise and implement the Festival’s annual programme.

Becky Schutt, Director, is a Fellow at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge and a cultural strategist, working with arts organisations, foundations and governments in the UK, USA, Middle East and Latin America.

Nick is currently working for LOCOG helping to deliver the final year of the Cultural Olympiad and the London 2012 Festival. Nick was Chief Executive of Brighton Dome and Brighton Festival from 2000 to 2008 where he was responsible for the artistic and commercial operation of both the annual Festival and the year round venues.
